Changes:

- Added xmltvimport plugin version 22

- Fix daily import
- Daily import was broken in the last commit.

- Fix some timer issues
- Failed to start at boot or use the timer correctly in some situations

- Add option to start import at boot
- Nice if you don't have a harddisk, starts downloading EPG whenever you boot the box (and it isn't scheduled to do so in the next ten minutes).
